Amirose Eisenbach is passionate about elevating women and creating social impact - and is actively doing that through her company, Radiant J. Productions. With over 14 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry behind her, her life changed in 2014 when her mother, Jayne (the “J”) lost her battle to cancer. Amirose took this pain and decided to turn it into her power and strength in order to help people transform and find their own light. We talk about her first passion project, Equal Playing Field, which brings to light conversations on gender equality and overall perseverance, that impact on a large scale doesn’t happen overnight, and why self-care is the most important thing when your purpose is helping others. We also discuss the nuances of life, the ups and downs, how to move forward while honoring the past, and why it’s essential to give yourself the permission to be human. Amirose is the embodiment of strength, grit and an overall inspiration for finding your personal light - even in the hardest times.
